EPA Releases American Power Act Study

The EPA has released it's analysis of the American Power Act. It's assessment, the act will cut U.S. greenhouse gas emissions by 60-70% by 2050 but that reduction comes at a cost. The average household would pay upwards of $79 - $146 annually between 2010 and 2050.
